We use enquiry details to respond to your party request and prepare a quote. An enquiry does not confirm a booking, take payment or subscribe you to marketing.

Enquiries

We ask for an adult’s name, a contact number or email, date, area and party choices. Please avoid sensitive child information in the public enquiry form. Enquiries are stored privately on our server and are not displayed on the website. Unbooked enquiries are reviewed for removal after 90 days.

Your private party homepage

Confirmed parties receive private household invitation links. Keep your link private: it grants access to the event details and your household RSVP. Other parents cannot read your contact, dietary or collection notes.

Photos are always included

Claurice’s iPhone 17 Pro is used for party photography. Photo sorting and sharing through the private parent gallery are included in every package. We keep supervision covered while taking pictures. Drone video is an optional separate service.

Taking photos, sharing privately with invited parents and using photos for public marketing are separate permissions. Marketing permission is optional and off by default. Identifiable group photos only appear in the parent gallery when every represented household has allowed taking and private sharing. Organisers tag the children shown before a photo can appear.

To change permission, use your private RSVP or contact the organiser shown inside your invitation. Withdrawing gallery consent removes affected photos from future gallery access; copies already downloaded cannot be recalled. Ask your organiser to export or remove your event information. Private event pages and galleries expire after the period shown by your organiser, normally 90 days after the party.

Illustrations and previews

Pictures in the party simulator are illustrations of possible themes, not records of real parties or a guarantee of the final setup. Child names are displayed in your browser preview. Your selected details are sent to us only when you submit an enquiry. The current simulator sends no child information to an image-generation provider.

Essential storage only

The private invitation uses an essential sign-in cookie lasting up to eight hours. There are no advertising trackers or automatic parent mailing lists. We use ordinary server security logs and limits to protect forms and invitations.
